After placing the drops, allow the steam to activate the scent and breathe in deeply for best results.

How to Use
Shake well before use. Before turning the shower on, place a dropper full of oil around the base or side walls of your shower. Works best with warm or hot water. Breathe in slowly and deeply to inhale the aromatic steam. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat 3–5 times.
